Great little vlogging cam

In steps this new little camera from sony with the 20mm lens and just like that the problem is solved. So far so good

Not exactly what I was looking for

Because of that, I returned it. However, if you want just a straight up vlogging camera that is an easy set up and don't care about the mic jack, it's a good deal and Sony makes great product.

Camera stolen and refund refusal from Best Buy

I submitted the video footage of my camera being stolen by the door dash driver but Best Buy has refused to refund me or replace my camera. I will never make a purchase here ever again! Horrible customer service! And a lack of compassion for customers.

great quality and features for the price

Needs help definitely with stabilizing with software when your walking around. But for vlogging it’s perfect. Don’t buy this thinking your making a movie with it because that’s not what it’s for.

No real zoom feature

It has a digital zoom that barely zooms in. My 12 year old camera from 2012 is 10x better than this and was half the price. I spent a lot of time researching this camera, reading over the specs, reviews and watching videos about it and somehow missed this detail. The price is outrageous for the fact that this doesn't have a lens that can actually zoom in - what's the point of even buying a traditional style camera without this feature? You might as well get a webcam or just keep using your phone. So disappointed. I am sending this back and hoping for a refund. The worst thing is that if I lived in a location that wasn't in the middle of nowhere I could have tried a floor model and figured this out in a matter of seconds before I made such a poor purchase. So, if you're looking for a camera that actually has zoom or the features of a real camera look elsewhere.
