Read manual and watched videos to see if I was missing something other than the obvious button to switch, but couldn’t figure it out. It’s for vlogging but I thought I could use it more practically and take photos only.

This camera randomly stopped working one day. Now, when trying to record a video, there are black lines covering the screen which ruins the whole video. So, what’s the point of having a vlogging camera that doesn’t produce good quality video?

Worst company ever

I called customer service and told them the situation but no one was able to help me because the item that this company wrongfully sent me apparently is not available on their website. I wasted $470 on a camera I never got and I have not gotten my refund, I will have my lawyer look at this. Terrible company

Awful camera and never again Best Buy

Let me explain: there's no image stabilization whatsoever in this camera. I can record better videos with my phone. But the worst part is when I tried to return 17 days later, the return window is closed. Best Buy has 15 day returns people, yes you read that right. I guess they're trying to put themselves out of business. I bought the camara at Best Buy rather than my favorite online store because I thought they would have my back. Wrong! Never buying anything from Best Buy again in my life.
