This is an amazing camera. One of the first things I noticed about this camera is its compact size. The 1 inch sensor is fantastic if you are comparing it to a cell phone. it has a wide lens of 20 mL which makes it great when you are filming I am able to get alot of the back ground in .This has a built in mircrophone whick is great. One of the features that I really enjoy is the timer. The timer gives you time to get in the picture if you don’t have anyone to take the picture for you, this is a great feature. it has a lot of functions as far as soft skin function, a function shere you can speed up or slow down. the focus is amazing and the flip screeen is great when you want to focus on thei tem and them turb the camera to yourself to for any reason. zooming in is super fast on this camera. The camera is great for a beginner. If you are looking for a grat vlogging camera especially for a begginer consider this one. it is not heavy, it is really light and of high quality.

Entry-level price with professional results!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I produce short instructional videos (5 minutes or less usually) at my job, but the camera they have provided was exceptionally out of date. With the understanding that this is my personal camera, I began to shoot the videos (with and without me in the shot) for roughly a week - the difference was immediately noticed by my superiors and those who watch the videos. The picture is extremely crisp and along with the Sony Vlogger Shotgun Microphone the audio was absolutely perfect. From what I understand, this is an "entry level" kit - but by no means does it produce "entry level" results! I am extremely pleased with the results produced by this camera and microphone, whether it be by using the included multi-function hand mount/mini tripod or by attaching it to a full-blown tripod - outstanding results - then again, would you expect anything less from a Sony product? Fantastic job Sony - anyone who uses this setup will definitely get their money's worth, not to mention that it takes really nice stills!

We are newly grads and we love creating content, and wanted to upgrade from our iPhones. So far the Sony ZV-1F camera Has so many features, and so many tutorials to help you along the way in becoming a content creator or just using it for personal use. It also has multiple connections to other devices and takes really great photos. You can also buy professional lenses that attached to this camera that provide a completely different experience. All around there is no need for another camera once you have a Sony ZV-1f.

Good but not great, too many flaws.

You will need to buy separate/extra batteries as the stock battery will probably get you around 30-40 minutes of recording time. Also, the camera will go to overheat warning in maybe 25 minutes or around there of recording.

Go from phone to camera for better videos!

When I think of content creator or vlogging - I think of TikTok or people creating content every day for different platforms. While I find this camera to be an absolute gem for someone who creates that kind of content - it is also been great in creating web content for our small business. I have been able to use it to create much more professional video testimonials and short commercials that we use to advertise our consumer events on Facebook. Features of the Sony ZV-1F include a huge frame. I am able to capture a picture of a huge expo hall filled with vendors or a selfie in a 10' x 10' booth that includes the entire set-up. Once of the coolest features is the defocused backgrounds (bokeh) just by hitting the Bokeh Switch. The camera automatically recognizes human faces and eyes, making it easier to stay in focus in front of the lense. The camera has a Soft Skin Effect for anyone that finds it necessary to use filters. You can have it off or switch between Low/Mid/High to adjust the skin smoothness. There are 10 Creative Style presets that you can use without having to add in through editing. This camera was easy to get set-up. You need to use the Imaging Edge Mobile Plus app for remote shooting as well as to be able to transfer all of your photos and videos directly to your phone. Out of the box, the camera comes with charging cable, microphone and windscreen, and battery. There is and additional shotgun microphone and vlogging kit that you can purchase ot enhance your camera for your situation. This is a great beginner camera for anyone wanting to go from using thier phone to using a more "professional" camera.
