Paying double and only receive one item.

I purchased this camera twice. First time FedEx carrier faked delivered it. They took a picture of the package in the front of another apartment and marked it delivered. When I was home. I got the notification 10 mins later I ran outside to see nothing. I went and looked for the carrier. I then immediately called bestbuy and FedEx. Best but was sending me a replacement great. However it would have arrived after Christmas which didn’t work for me. So I was goin to take the refund and go instore to purchase. So I asked to cancel it. I received an email stating I would not receive a replacement or a refund. When Fed Ex clearly said to refund the lost item. Because they was well aware of the carrier who was stealing the packages. Still nothing from Bestbuy. I repurchased the item and went in store to pick it up because I didn’t want to ruin my daughter Christmas so now bestbuy wanted me to double for one item. Which is illegal. I did all the steps they asked of me and I still haven’t received a so call email from the back office.

Great starter camera!!!

Theres a few minor things that i wish were different. Like, the fuzzy wind sock could be more solid instead of (hairy?) The battery doesnt last that long, but thats to be expected being a small camera and battery. Last thing would be price. It could be priced at $300 or $350 for what it is. But, the quality is excellent unless youre doing product videos. But, with the quality i can see why the price. All in all its an excellent camera and all the small things that could be different doesnt warrant 4 stars!!!!

Great option if you are on a budget!

I do understand I got an open box, but it was the option with all the accesories, but the cable that came with it doesn't charge because it doesnt fit any of the options. I am no camera expert by any means, but I thoroughly did my research before purchasing this camera. I am a YouTuber (channel: Natural NeNe) and I was looking for a camera to mainly record my videos with. I wanted to upgrade from my iPhone 11 to a camera and this one is perfect! I don't understand why so many people are against this camera, but I personally love it! The video quality is what I was looking for and it is AMAZING! It is sharp, clear and the camera stays in focus on a product or even on myself. The picture quality is also great for my thumbnails and just for pictures in general. The slots for the battery and SD card are perfect and they fit well. All of the controls such as the on/off button, record button, and picture button are easy to access on the screen or manually on the camera. I have had this camera for almost 2 weeks and I am already used to it. I cannot wait to start vlogging and recording with my new camera! I also highly recommend this camera for YouTubers or for anyone who wants to have good picture and video quality for memories.
