Great Lower End Sony Camera

Battery life does not last all day so be prepared to buy extra batteries. The camera footage has some shakey parts when trying to focus. Overall the image and video quality is great. Depending on where you record if shooting footage you will want to eventually invest in a mic.

Sony ZV-1F vs G7X

However, for me personally I did not like the fact that there was no flash on the camera. If you're looking for an alternative to the G7X, this is okay but it is not the greatest. The quality is fine, however, the lack of flash might be a dealbreaker for some. I did enjoy that the microphone was detachable! Def a camera for people who are looking to make videos.

I love it. I don’t regret my purchase. It doesn’t come with flash, however, and it doesn’t accept flash attachments so you would have to get an LED light, but I am loving my camera and it is great for beginners like me who want to take everyday photos/videos. Video quality is exceptional.

Amazing little camera!

I just started a youtube channel (@sincerelyhope5251) and started filming with my iPhone. It wasn't the best camera to film with but it was all I had to capture/record my videos. I knew that I wanted a camera but was on the hunt for one that did not break the bank. I had my eyes on the Sony ZV-1 because it looked nice and I felt like it fit my needs for a camera since I knew that I was going to be filming with it. When I saw that Sony had the ZV-1F, I clicked on it and did my own research, and watched about 15 videos about to camera. I made sure that I was very thorough with this since this was my very first big camera purchase, and I wanted it to last for a long time. The camera checked off every box for me: easy to use, not expensive, touchscreen, flip screen, can shoot in 4K 30fps, and very light. I bought the camera the following week and the set-up process went smoothly (I have an unboxing video on my channel). The UI is very easy to navigate and understand so there were no hiccups for me. The camera is compact and small so there isn't that much weight to it. I also bought the vlogging kit with the camera since I will be vlogging and recording things! The screen is one of the best feature of this camera, the way it flips out is amazing because now, I don't need to constantly check myself (like how I used to on my phone) and I can just easily record myself with a flip of a screen! The whole point of this camera is to just make it super easy for you to record and take a photo of whatever you want. There is nothing hard to use about this camera! I am super happy with my purchase of the ZV-1F. One tip that I would give anyone who is buying a camera, in general, is to go into the store and hold the model in your hands. Look at the camera, go into the settings, see how the UI looks, see all the different modes the camera has, etc, before making your choice. You want to make sure that this camera is the one you will love until the day it breaks.

I use it for my everyday pictures and the quality is so so clear!! It Bluetooth’s to my iPhone which is even better and so easy to transfer my photos to my camera instead of using all these cords to connect to my laptop!! It’s so easy to use. Has a flip screen to see your self whether you are vlogging or just taking a selfie! It doesn’t have flash which frustrated me at first until I realized I don’t always use flash and can buy an attachment when needed!! It’s also the perfect size to put in my purse, easy to transport when out and about!! Overall would 100% recommend this camera!!

If ur looking for pictures, don’t. This isn’t it, it’s not awful, gets the job done ig. The lack of zoom and flash is really what made me not want it tho. The quality when uploading to my phone wasn’t really what I wanted, tho the creator cloud (Sony app for uploading) wasn’t bad. Easy to use, clean looking camera. I love that it has not a flip screen but a swivel screen for all sorts of angles. Along w a touch screen, it’s a nice, cute camera. Just not what I wanted.
