Very unhappy with the tv purchase

I like to take this opportunity to comment on my recent purchase of a 50" flatscreen TV and a blue ray recorder. The tv was delivered on time but the end result of the installation was a dismal failure. In short, the installer was unable to connect the tv to the existing Bose speaker system, I was told that an audio converter (analog to digital) was needed. I purchased said item based on specific description from the installer. As it turned out, the converter was not the item needed and had to be returned. The installer stated that he would look for the correct item and then complete the installation. This last visit was several days ago and nothing has happened. I have purchased several thousand dollar worth at Best Buy over the years. This tv purchase has been very disappointing and is, at the time of this writing, still unresolved.
