The only adjustment for storage is that the earpieces fold in so that the whole headset is flat, but it doesn't truly fold as an entire unit.

I bought them for my son so I wouldn’t have to listen to his iPod all the time. He said they are fine. The only issue is the ear muffs sometimes comes off too easily. My 2 year old gets too enthusiastic when they are left out
