Ive purchased these headphones 3-4 times now and they last a few months before the sound goes out in one ear due to the wire or headphone design. Spend the extra money and buy better headphones that would last.

This headphone is not built well. It broke shortly after we bought it and I always take care of my electronics. It's my second Sony headphone and both failed to meet my expectation. I would not buy Sony headphones any longer.

My headhones stopped working after a week. they don't even seem original they look like they were poorly made.. and for its price definetly not worth it I could purchase a better one that last longer for the same price.

Don't waste your money, they are cheap for a reason. The sound quality is awful.

Headphones are total junk, a complete waste of $20.00. Drop $50 on the next tier up.

I bought this pair for my son, luckily I bought the year extension....within 2 months I brought them back and got an exchange....another month or so the new set was done... Went to another option to upgrade.

The sound quality was much poorer than I expected of anything from Sony as an on-ear headphone. I keep them to use with my fire tablet to listen to audiobooks at avg volumes they are fine.

Worse experience ever and the Laptop I purchased was defective so I exchanged it for another one and that one was defective. I went in to return it and they would not give me the full refund. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Worst purchase ever. Hard cover, heavy and all plastic. Totally useless even for a day. Couldn't use at all.

Bought these for my daugter on Black Friday 2014. The connector broke in her phone jack 2 weeks later. Had to use tweezers to remove the connector. Not even worth the sale price.

Even for an inexpensive pair of headphones they are cheaply built. They sound harsh with very little bass

My eyeglasses make it difficult to find comfortable headphones. These sit lightly on my ears and don't push my glasses earpieces into my skull. That light pressure means they will stay on during a casual walk but they won't stay in place for jogging or exercise. They sound good and respond well to the EQ app on my phone so I can add back the high treble that my aging ears have trouble hearing. When I use EQ to boost deep bass it sounds solid and undistorted. They fold flat so I can stuff them in my laptop bag. The cord is sturdy and should hold up to normal use. Bottom Line: these headphones combine comfort, good sound, and they are designed to take with you for commuting or travel. A huge bargain at their $20 price.

Poor quality considering is a Sony, no base no nothing. You know what they say, you get what you paid for. Even the $25 dollars for this quality headphones is too high for what you get.

Headphones were garbage and broke after only 30 days or less of use. Granted, they weren't expensive (around $20/$30), but no way would I purchase the protection plan for a product of that cost.

Hard to connect to my laptop. Might be user error but I bought it for work and to talk to customers.

The headphones don't swivel so it pinches the back of my ear with my glasses. The sound is just ok.

It is hard to give a review to this product. I bought these for my wife to use with a hospital TV. During the 2nd day of her stay, sound started coming from only one side. That is the basis for the low rating.

Picked these up at a BB mobile store for $10 with a $5 reward card, and for the money I couldn't be happier. That being said these are not the best headphones that you can buy. The sound is good not great. The bass is definitely noticeable which for me is a good thing. They seem to have a solid build but I was a still bummed that they don't fold up like the old Sony ones (these ones bend sideways). Another thing that i was disappointed was the lack of a mic. In the image of the of the headphones it shows a mic but it actually doesn't come with one. Not a huge deal but would've been nice. Other than that they are a nice pair of headphones and you can't go wrong if you are looking for a cheap pair of headphones.

Broke way too easily after use the first two months. The part that holds the speaker is just junk. My daughter ended up supergluing the thing together. Decided to go with Beats for future purchase
