The product is better than I expected for the price paid.

This is for me to give my nephews I got one but would get 2 more the only bad thing is the other black round thing has a scratch so it doesn't look new, I'm so lazy to go to Best Buy so would just have to deal with this and order 2 more online

I bought this for my son, but at the end he wanted wireless headphones, had to return them

I love these headphone but after a few months they always stop working, I went through like 4 pairs of these before I gave up buying them

Picture shows this is the version with the mic - it is NOT. I already have a couple of these headphones in the non-mic version and I ordered these specifically because of the mic. Needless to say I am very disappointed and now I have to make a trip to the store to return them. I don't purchase from Best Buy much because their pricing is usually higher and now I have been given another reason to avoid them.

The site specs say that these headphones have a microphone, and the picture seems to show the microphone. The headphones do NOT have a microphone. So now I get to go back to Best Buy to return the three that I bought, and to reconsider shopping at Best Buy in the future. You know, I don't have to drive anywhere to buy from Amazon.

This is misleading, there is no microphone as advertised in the photo. The headphones are small, which make them uncomfortable to wear. The sound quality sounds extremely cheap for a $20 pair of headphones (reduced price to $10). I'll be returning these soon.

I went in to get a pair of headphones and had seen these on sale online for 11.99 and they do price matching! Id seen all these great reviews and i really needed a pair of cheaper headphones just to hear music while tracking drums and they needed to be long enough to make it to my.computer. The last sony i had at this price point was a pair of studio headphones and they were one of my favorite pair ever, so i took a bite. Got home, tore open the packaging, and immediately tested them out. INSTANTLY, the sound was way worse than i could have anticipated. The audio quality was poor, the dB was weak, every move i made caused crackling due to poor jack quality in the connector molding (plugged into a brand new iMac thats been successful with other pairs and no issues). On top of that, the general construction is really poor, which is to be expected to some degree, but this is just bad. The plastic is really flimsy, foam padding is almost nonexistent, the inner driver covers and cloth feel like theyre made of cardboard and tissues, and the headphone adjustment sliders too easily move around. For now, ill have to stick with my apple earpods until i can find a pair of headphones worth the drive or even a mouse click. Atleast i can hear sound with the earpods that isnt the equivalent to listening to rats in a trash can.

I bought this headphone assuming it had a mic. But when I picked it up, it didn't have a mic. I returned it on the spot. Buyer beware. PS I had the non-mic version bought from BestBuy. But then again I am buying the one with a mic and is shown in the picture.

Bought for my 11 year old who is used to listening to apple headphones and he was disappointed with the quality of the bass.

I would not give a 1 star had there been an option for "0 stars". Not a reliable brand at all. I had a different model of Sony headphones , and it broke by the hinge. Reached out to both US and Japan headquarters about the issue. Received a reply email stating that the Sony engineers agree that there is a defect with the product, but they cannot exchange it because it was out of warranty. If a product has a defect, and company admits it, then why does not matter what the purchase date it. Anyway I highly recommend to stay away from sony headphones in general.

These are good headphones but the break in a couple of months.

They're not bad for the low $10 price. It's just that they are not very good if you are used to headphones like Bose.

Bought for travel. Tried them with iPad Air and there was extremely faint volume. Worked fine with iPhone 5S. Must be a compatibility issue. Tried all the Sony trouble shooting suggestions

I'm so tired of all the ugly black headphones,so these were a relief to find...until within the space of 5 months i had 3 of them break! and all at the same spot too. the pinset where they fold up has VERY shoddy welding so even setting these down too hard broke them. the first one just crumpled from me setting them down(I didn't even know they had broken until hours later cause i was cleaing) the 2nd was my fault but the 3rd the pin just fell out! buyer beware! I wish i had read reviews before buying these, thats for sure.

Excellent brand. Quality product. Price was great. Service was great. Kudos!
