He broke the tip that plugs into the iPad. I would have replaced the cable because they are hard wired into the headset I couldn't. But met or exceeded expectations, especially given the abuse they took.

For the money you can't beat it. I use it for my electric keyboard and the other for my laptop. Sound clarity is very good.
