Not for an airplane.

I missed some of the dialog because the plane noises were not muffled. However, they worked ok and were not expensive. They also folded flat.

Good for kids

good for basics

My son loved them. I eventually discovered the ones good to protect kids hearing and started using those. THese are great for the price and still produce good quality sound.

Great for commuting

I'm also not worried about theft or loss since they're not that expensive. Would purchase again.
