Sony did a great job in packaging them. I decided to pick up a pair for my daughter...i opened the box and the headphones looked amazing. Goog material and really good looking set of headphones. As I connected them to my Samung S8+ to play music I was really disappointed in the sound quality. I would recommend that Sony work on that sound quality a little bit more.

I returned them and they did not have any in stock with mic. Best Buy needs to have correct product they are advertising.

Did you ever try to make a “telephone” using two paper cups and a string? If you did, that’s about the same sound quality you get from these head phones.
