Terrible sound and broken instantly

I am also unable to return the product due to the request of additional parts that weren't part of the purchase possibly being charged to me. I am very disappointed in this product and in Best Buy return policy.

I had to buy a new set since my old ones had significant wear on the ear padding. These ones were similarly priced as my old ones, but the sound quality is so much worse. Definitely would not recommend these, I suggest paying a little more for a different set.
