Wire was sticking out of plastic coated cable. It's poorly made. Sound quality is so so, I can't hear much out of left side.

My four year old has been using them for months now after every other kind I got him failed. He’s pretty rough with them and they usually break or the ear peice falls off and I can never get it back on but these have held up over months and months!!
