They fit pretty well. They are comfortable enough. Sound is pretty good, but definitely not top of the line. There are some odd sounds from physical movement of the headphones that do take away from listening experience. There's almost no blocking of background sounds. I'd say they are better than average for the price. No one should be expecting miracles from headphones at this price point.

This is my fifth pair of these headphones...my kids use them all the time. They are comfortable, reasonably priced, and have decent sound. They fold up easily for travel.

I mainly purchased these for my kids to use for studies/ lectures and they tell me that keeping them for long time (over 2 hours) does not cause any headaches and sound comes through very clear. I also tried them myself and they feel nice. Voice does comes through clearly. They are soft/comfortable, but does feel like they are for smaller heads :). Tried listening some good tunes and was not impressed by the sound but not disappointed because i knew that for $20 you wont really get headphones to really enjoy crisp and clear audio with deep bass (I have old Sennheiser CX200 plugs and they sound deeper and crispier than these sony). But, what i really like about these sony phones is that they are very comfortable and for kids they are simply perfect. I got two pairs and my kids are happy :)
Recommending for vocal/voice/lectures/audio studies.
Not recommending if you are looking for good audio sound.

These $20 Sony on-ear headphones were on sale for $10. Had a $5 Best Buy certificate, so I got these for $5 plus tax. For 5 bucks, these are 5 star! Sound is good, on-ear pads are comfortable (almost feel like over-ear), and headband adjustment is easy. Headband is not uncomfortable on the top of my head either. Just wish they had a microphone, but can't complain for $5. Wanted wired to avoid hassle of batteries dying at inopportune times, such as on a Zoom meet-up.

I do not like in ear headset. This Sony headset is very comfortable to wear when I go for walk. It is not heavy – but it is not too light either (I don't want it to be too light)
The earpiece are very soft – and after an hour of walking, it is still comfortable. But those that sweat a lot – just wipe it dry after you use it.
It can be folded so it save a little space when you store it.
I don't understand why other models (not necessarily Sony) cost so much more. This would do.

These headphones are the most comfortable phones I've ever owned. Sound quality is what i'd expect from Sony very crisp sounding mids and highs, with moderate bass. The only improvement i can think of is to have a longer cord....I use them with my guitar effects processor, so it kinda restricts my movements when im playing.

These headphones have survived a 10 year old boy so they are pretty dependable being tossed around. The sound quality is really good and build quality is nice. They got my head well also and for the price you can’t beat it. I will purchase another pair once these stop working.

One of the best headphones in the price range. I was looking for a headphone for my wife with medical issues. She has difficulty manipulating her fingers, so broadband headphones are a challenge if they disconnect from her device. These have surprisingly good sound. And they’re inexpensive enough that I won’t break the bank if I need to buy another.

Bought these headphones on sale, posibly being discontinued model. Likes: Light weight, good sound quality (for the price) , and works remarkably well with an electric drum kit. Dislikes: Nothing serious other than The volume level doesnt go as high as i would like but its still pretty loud.

I just love these headphones! They are soft, comfortable, and have excellent sound quality. And you can't beat them for the price! I have given 2 as gifts, and this is my third pair- only because I was out of town and left pair #2 at home! Best Buy also has quick same day local delivery.

These are great cheap headphones. I got mine for 9.99 at my local best buy. Usually these headphones are $15-$20. They are comfy. I wear glasses and these headphones dont bother my ears at all. I love that they are foldable and the sound quality is pretty good too! The only downside is that if you have a thick phone case the headphones might not plug in.

I had a pair from this headphone line in the past, and used them until they basically fell apart (one side stopped working, and the cushioning material for the ears eventually peeled away.) And yet after trying myriad other brands, I rate these as my personal best. After my first pair died (took several years of daily use), I went on a quest to try a bunch of different headphones. After wasting hundreds of dollars over the past couple years on everything from fancy $200 pairs, cheap Amazon-branded pairs, and plenty of random ones from places like Big Lots or Walmart, I finally just came back to these for a meager $15. There's simply no beating the combination of comfort (especially for people with glasses!), sound quality, and price. I work in front of a computer for hours at a time, and almost always have headphones (and eye glasses) on. I probably have a larger than average head shape too. Every single other pair I have tried ended up making my ears hurt before long, except this one. While the construction quality is decent, I do expect to run through a new pair every couple years, but at this price point, it's really hard to complain. In summary, I am so thankful these are back in my life.

The Sony ZX Series Wired On-Ear Headphones (Black) are an excellent value for everyday use. The sound quality is clear with balanced bass and crisp highs, especially impressive for headphones in this price range. They’re lightweight and comfortable, making them easy to wear for extended listening sessions at home, work, or while traveling.

rich smooth bass, clear midrange and crisp highs give a realistic sound experience every time. the over ear cuffs make the phones feel feather lite and the wide soft covered head band allow a comfortable supported fit for irritation free long term listening. good job Sony.

This Sony headphones is pretty much the cheapest over the ear headset you can find with a big brand name behind it. I really like this headphones because its inexpensive, feels comfortable, and can fold. If you don't care about having gigantic bass or noise-cancelling, and want something comfortable to use for your PC, you won't regret this purchase. And no, it doesn't feel cheap at all.

I needed an inexpensive set of headphones to replace mine that had stopped working. At $15, I thought these would suffice until I could get a better set. The first time I used these, I was blown away with just how good the sound was. They easily sound better than the $100 pair I had before. Light, comfortable, and excellent sound quality. The low end is clear and crisp without sounding boomy or distorted. The high end is just as good. You won't regret getting these headphones, I promise.

I was really surprised with how good the sound quality of these is based on the price point but then again Sony is a well known quality brand for music and sound so I was pleasantly surprised how clear and resonate they are while using my digital Clavinova. :)
