They worked beautifully until one day I noticed that they started to crackle and pop. But they were easily replaced because they are so inexpensive relative to most headphones. They are not noise cancelling. While many people prefer noise cancelling, I did not want them to be since I like to be able to hear family and friends as well.. Many of my friends already have the exact pair I have and I didn't even recommend it to them!
