Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There weren’t many available at the store (maybe 1 remained). Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. They can bend for taking less space when storing which I like it a lot. Being Sony®, the sound quality is as expected, VERY GOOD!! I have used it on the laptop, tablet and iPhone to listen to music and streaming TV shows. The earpiece (over the ear) is comfortable for using it on long periods (longest I have used them is 3 hours without feeling uncomfortable). Have no problem with them so far. Will definitely recommend this if you are looking for good sound quality headphones under $20 (still can believe the price was $19.99, I checked it twice with the employee). Customer service: EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door. Then other employee asked what I needed. He had strong knowledge of what I was looking for and helped me to get to the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly and he gave me recommendations which is something that you don’t find everywhere. THANK YOU!!!!

My daughter loves it. Fits well without hurting her head. Good sound quality. It's surviving all the beatings it gets, as she totes it around in her backpack to school everyday.

This product is perfect for me to plug into my laptop to watch movies and to my cell phone to listen to music when I go walking. I was also surprised that I can use them to talk on my cell as well! They are comfortable on my ears and fit my small head snugly. They do adjust too!

Great headphones. This is the second pair that I have owned. They are comfortable and the sound is great. I highly recommend them. They are a great price.

My son uses these all the time with his phone. They finally gave way after years of service. He says they sound great and are comfortable. We went to the store and everything either looked cheesy or cost 3x-5x as much. Then we found this set again... and now everyone is happy! I also like how they fold up!

I bought these for my daughter for her birthday a little over a month ago. I bought them because they were cheap, of the desired style and my daughter goes through headphones at an alarming rate. She is like the George RR Martin of headphones. Anyway, here we are over a month later and they haven't been destroyed, which I can only assume to be due to the discovery of some kind of super plastic. They seem to function well enough at transferring nose from one nearby source directly to your head as I haven't been asked for another. They haven't been lost either, which I attribute to their bright whiteness. Would buy again.

These were actually one of the cheaper headphones for sale, which surprised me. I bought these for my nephew (he's 8 years old) and he loves them. They're comfortable and adjustable. I like how they fold in a little for easier storage. Sometimes they work too good because he can't hear if someone tries to talk to him. =)

Bought these for my 10 year old daughter for school something simple. Has great sound very clear and light weight, extra long cord, semi foldable.

Got these Sony wired headphones for my 7-year-old, and they’re perfect! Fit him just right, and he uses them with his laptop, phone, and piano. The sound quality is surprisingly great for under $20. Durable and does the job without breaking the bank—definitely a win!

These are comfortable, my kids love them. They've actually made it to school and back and still intact. I've purchased 3 pairs, and so far they're all working still. I've used them and find them comfy and good sound for movie watching. (I've not used them with music)

Found this on sale while looking for back-to-school earbuds for my two elementary-age boys. Excellent value, and has survived already three weeks of being tossed around. (I did get a soft case online for these - while they fold they still are subject to abuse outside of something to protect them.) Nice sounding too!

For the $15 price you couldn't do better. I did not need Bluetooth, or a highly priced headphone set. Don't like ear buds. Wanted comfort on my ears, good sound, & a reasonable price. That's exactly what I got! Went back & bought another one for my daughter.

These headphones are such a great value! The sound is clear with good bass, and they’re lightweight and comfortable to wear. I use them for extended listening and they don’t feel heavy or tight. They’re simple, reliable, and get the job done perfectly. I’m very happy with the quality for the price. Definitely satisfied!

These headphones sell for $20, but between $10 and $15 during various Best Buy promotions. Very comfortable. Sound quality is much better you would think at the price point. However, they do eventually fail, usually one side at a time. They are still a bargain and every few years I just get another pair.
