Like father, like son, he wanted something too. I wasn't looking to spend a lot for a child and got these. Average sound for entry level headphones with bass heavy profile. I ended up returning these and purchasing the entry level Sennheiser 210 headphones on sale for like $5 less. The Sennheisers are much more balanced but don't have the heavy bass of these.

I can't say the bass is as good but for $20 compared to $250 for a 12 year old was much easier on the wallet. She likes them very much.

I love them since they fit perfectly on their heads. My little one always takes the padding off but it's simple to put them back on. Can't beat the price.
