Went to pick it up and called the number I was directed to call and NO ONE answered! I sat in the directed parking spot finally a guy came up for another purchase and I asked how I get the product I ordered? He said in a VERY snotty way you have to use the APP we don't answer the phone. I pointed out that his own company directed me to call he said I don't care we don't use the phone. So Guess what I DONT USE BEST BUY!!!
