These do the trick, not taking up too much space, and doing a decent job of keeping outside noise out. Using it to listen to books, rather than music. Have a better set of headphones for music listening, but they are not as portable as these.

I'm not needing "high quality sound" as it just to listen to audio books - while they didn't cance noise very well, I could hear my book just fine. If you don't care about all the bells and whistles and you don't want to spend much, this is the set for you
