The sound quality is OK. I can tolerate them on my ears for several hours without a major problem but I have a different brand that feels much better on my ears and also has only one wire that goes into earpieces. The two wires require you to be more careful with putting them on and off and I do not recommend these headphones for younger children for this reason.
