They work but a bit muffled

I guess that's what you get when you pay $15 for headphones, but I got these because of the reviews saying the quality was great. It really isn't.. The sound is very muffled and far away. It sounds like if you put an mp3 player on speaker under a pillow and walked away from it. If you don't mind what sound quality your headphones are, then these are okay. They're comfy and fairly durable for the price. The padding feels good on your ears. Just not what I was looking for in a pair of headphones.

When they broke I bought these as a replacement. When I got them home I realized they no longer came with a mic. Sony had restructured their line. These were returned, disappointed.

If you are a more gentle listener w/o a lot of money, these could do you right.
