I'm surely not taking away from them as I'm sure this was just a bad set. I have bought these in the past for school use and have no problems. My granddaughter still has a set from 3 years ago. HIGHLY recommend for the price.

The first pair broke within ten minutes the first time he wore them. All 3 are getting returned. I love Best Buy, but these earphones are not good.
