    the 3rd party agent attached the rocket fish mount to my tv but failed to attach the bose 900 soundbar to the mount. they claimed it was not possible. I had to do that part myself when they left.

    It should have been made clearer at the time of purchase that there would be an additional kit to buy in order to hide cables.

    Sound bars can be challenging to mount on your own due to the very specific bolt placement. Having geek squad take care of it took one concern away.

    They did install the bar as I request but I did have to watch and tell them how I wanted the bar attached to the mount.

    Not very happy with the installation of the soundboard the technician didn’t raise the sound bar high enough so you can see the wires
