Agents mounted my sound bar connected everything went above and beyond to hide all wires great job

The geek squad person stated we did not have the soundbar mount and we had to purchase another one, right then, so they could install it. Felt pressured to do that while I was at work, and significant other at home. By the time I could complete the purchase by the link, they had left. We had the required equipment in a box, sitting in the house, as it had been delivered separately earlier. Geek squad could have asked about that, or looked at the order to see that it had been delivered by mail instead of being in such a hurry to finish and leave. The one they installed is less expensive (and less quality?) than the one in the box - now wondering if we were sold a higher priced mount that we did not need. Makes us feel like we were taken advantage of. Overall disappointed with the best buy experience.

Purchased LG OLED. The agent mounted the TV ver well and wore masks with shoes covers. Much appreciated..

It should have been made clearer at the time of purchase that there would be an additional kit to buy in order to hide cables.

They did install the bar as I request but I did have to watch and tell them how I wanted the bar attached to the mount.
