The Agents did a wonderful job of installing the soundbar to the tv. We needed this over a year ago. Tv's picture was beautiful, but sound was not good any more. My husband decided after speaking with a few Agents that next time we were close to Lubbock we would go in and talk with someone in the store. It works beautifully. So nice to hear what is being spoken and not have to wear headsets. The agents were quick, efficient and very neat, and explained everything. Love Geek Squad and Tech Support.

Saves space and just looks better than just having it on a table. I'm glad I made the purchase and I'll do the same for the bedroom.

Both of the technicians were fantastic. They mounted our TV perfectly. They were also kind enough to give us very comprehensive instructions on how to use it on how to operate it. THEY WERE SO PATIENT AND YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM. I was sorry to hear about your layoffs especially Ky. Bi

Very good sound bar! I really like subwoofer sound on certain channels and 4K shows and movie trailers tested, and would say the sound is just as good if not better than my stereo receiver I donated.Wow! Geek Squad did a Fantastic job on the install although it could not be mounted on the wall due to not enough space had to be refunded!

Soundbar Installation & Mounting :HW-Q930D Below TV worked out perfect I had done all the measurements and calculation beforehand and expected what I received but it was better than I could have imagined with the final results.

Kudos to the agents that came to our house for this set up. Due to a big mix up in the order, Josh went well above what was required to make sure we had everything. The original order was kind of messed up and they had to come back again, after ordering a part that was forgotten at purchase. Josh and his wonderful help made sure we were taken care of and everything was installed and checked out before they left.

I probably could have done this myself. But I was already paying for them to install the TV, so I just added this to it. By the time they were done, it was installed very well, they explained everything, and they answered all my questions. Apart from the cost, I have absolutely no complaints.

I bought an 85” tv with a soundbar- I expected at least 2 techs to come out to install both- well, it was only 1 tech and he was on time and so quick! He had everything hung and set up quickly, and he was so precise with measuring- he even made sure that the wires from the soundbar to the tv were evenly spaced (there is a 1/2” or less pace to even see the wires)- I couldn’t believe he could lift that big tv- but he did a great job!

Our original set up was the sound bar on the cabinet below the tv but there were some ugly wires showing, so the mount on the bottom edge of the tv looks great and the wires are all concealed behind the tv, huge improvement

So I purchased the newest Bose sound bar with my new TV. Wanted the sound bar mounted to the wall beneath the TV? Best Buy came out, bringing all my purchased items and set it all up. Even calibrated the sound bar so that it was perfect. Helped me set up the Bose app on my tablet so I could easily control the sound. They cleared away all the trash and packing materials and hauled away my old TV/medial equipment. They were patient, friendly and helpful. All it cost me nothing since I am a Total Tech member.

I had a terrible time with my purchase and installation of a HW-B650ZA Sanmsung Soundbar. Three delivered units proved to be defective when I tried to install each of them. For the fourth delivered unit, I decided to call on Best Buy's Geek Squad. Fortunately, the fourth time was a charm on having a working Soundbar. The Geek Squad Team had it installed and setup within minutes. The peace of mind was worth it. The two installers were excellent!

The techs did a great job installing the sound bar and explaining how to use the tv. They were extremely helpful as well in fixing the improper tv mounting done by a Best Buy 3rd party contractor. However, I paid $250 for Geek Squad tv install and Best Buy sent a 3rd party contractor! They were HORRIBLE. They drilled 16 holes in my wall and improperly mounted the tv. I have spent 2 months trying to get Best Buy to rectify. They keep sending me to the contractor's insurer. The insurer is very responsive, but the contractor has yet to show up and repair my wall. Two months later and I still have large holes in my wall. Very disappointed with Best Buy.

The Technician mounted my TV and sound bar and hid all of the wires and cables with an in-wall kit. The installation looks very neat and clean.

I am thoroughly pleased with the high quality services provided by the Best Buy Geek squad. they have been to our home for several installs of all new audio-visual equipment. They are efficient, polite, promptly clean-up, put on temp socks to keep our home flooring clean, and answer a multitude of our questions concerning equiment operation, etc. Really, they deserve a full 10 or 5 stars. I previously did not know that the Best Buy swervices were this great and competent.

We are really enjoying the quality of sound from this sound bar. It was installed by the Geek Squad and we couldn't be happier with it. The installer was on time and very friendly. He also helped my husband with a remote on one of our other TV's.

I had the Geek Squad come to my house and install a tv sound bar for my outdoor tv. They arrived early which I appreciated. They came in and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and professional with their i installment. They explained how the system worked and allowed me to try it before they left. The sound bar sounds great! Has a great sounding bass. I would recommend this sound bar!
