The geek squad was awesome! Efficient and knowledgeable. Called 2 days and then a week later to make sure everything works.

The crew mounted the TV competently. I bought the TV from a chat person on line, and he made several promises, most of which were not honored. I wanted the AV receiver connected. They did a partial job of it, and then started looking at the watch. The 2 front channels were set to 3,5 and 6.5 dB . They did not set it up to where those were equal. And the rear speakers are barely heard. I complained, and I was assured that someone would come back and finish the job. Best Buy called a few times, but I was in Florida. I will try the phone again and see if I can get it set up. The ARC was also not set up.

My first negative experience was failure to have TV delivered and installed on scheduled apt of Sept 14. Could not reach anyone by phone and had to track down a manager in person at store. I had cut my vacation short with family to be avail. for this delivery. The manager Richie was able to have TV delivered on Oct 18 otherwise I was given a date in mid Oct. I paid for complete installation as well as two year geek squad service plan. The comcast box did not work at time of installation so my installation was not complete. The installers said they would not return to complete installation even after I obtained a new cable box. Did my best but soon realized I needed help. Geek Squad phone rep told me to contact Sony. He finally agreed with a begrudging tone to an Oct 9 apt. Three week wait! Unacceptable. I think I have TV up and running with no thanks to Geek Squad. Please feel free to contact me about my nightmare experience. I can write more but reaching my word limit.

TheGeek squad members got to me before my appointment time and hqd my appointment set up in a very short time frame for my install.

The techs where overall pretty good, yet they did not show how to use the sound bar. They where in a rush to get to the next job they had.

Tech unboxed my tv and sound bar, installed both of them in a short time. Man was very knowledgeable and courteous

75 inch mounted no problem. I have some more work lined up for these guys in the near future.
