    They mounted the sound bar and explained to me how to work it but I can't remember how to activate the "woofer"

    2nd straight installation I had set up and technician did not show. Horrible communication so wasted entire day waiting for person. Text messages and vm messages not returned until late in afternoon and appointmenet was confirmed night before for between 8:30-9:30 am in live discussion and on vm message left by technician. Hard to stay Tech Member with this kind of service!
