Reconnected sound bar and cable box. Sounds great. Hid all cables

The Technician and his assistant arrived on time. I explained what I needed to have done. He explained how he was going to fix it and then started work. It was quickly fixed and tested. All in all, he was an outstanding technician and deserve the highest marks possible for the work he performed.

I appreciate this opinion to have Total Tech because it saves you a ton of money and you dont have to keep buying warrantys. They also install tvs, wall mount, etc to help you with a smooth installation for your new product. Love geek squad !!!

The installation went fast and with excellent customer service.

Geek Squad people were not aware of the capabilities of the soundbar or the new Sony Bravia TV it was being installed on. They were unaware of the Soundbar/TV S Center speaker system in which the soundbar utilizes the TV speakers to enhance the sound of the center channel. They were not going to hook it up until I insisted that they do. The overall installation was average.

The Geek Squad came out and mounted my 85 inch Sony TV along with my Sonos Arc and several other Sonos speakers and mini woofer. If you would like a movie theater experience buy this system and have the Geek Squad install it and they will explain how to use everything.

I always use the Geeks. Very reasonable for what you get. The Geeks do a great job. Had to call them back bc they didn't link both remotes to the sound bar. Only one remote worked the sound bar. Only linked it to the Roku remote. No charge to come back. They fixed it. I would also never let them leave your house until YOU try everything out and have them show you how to use everything. They were walking out the door and it wouldn't work. Came back into my house and fixed they problem. It took them twenty more minutes.

The agents installed the Sonos Arc and Sub, setup, performed TruePlay for best acoustic settings, demo'd some of the sonos app features. They did very clean install, well worth having professionals do it.

I have enjoyed total tech-support now for close to three years. They have hung several TVs I purchased from Best Buy as well as 2 Sonos sound systems. They are always very professional and helpful. I don’t have to worry about dropping something or doing something wrong. I highly recommend this service it’s good for a lot of other things too!

The agents connected the surround sound system to my tv and made sure everything was working properly. Sounds great!

I purchased tv & mount from Best Buy. The geek squad brought a sound bar hangar since mine didn’t include one. They called the day before and day of visit. Professional and thorough work too! Cleaned up well.

The agents mounted my pre-existing sound bar to my new tv. They provided advice on the sound bar mount for a future purchase if I were to purchase a heavier soundbar. They also recommended I use a hdmi connector to connect my audio versus the optical cable.

Doorbell and spotlight cam installation. Installation was simple. I often notice though they do not drill all of the holes for installation of doorbells if there are four homes they do 2. Unfortunately this installation was at my parents and i wasnt there so i could not do anything

The agents mounted my TV and soundbar and connected everything. Soundbar was installed too close to the TV so that if you want to swing the TV at an angle, it will scrape the top of the soundbar. Sonos soundbar is excellent, however.

Mounted my soundbar and organized and hid all of the wires behind my mounted TV. Very professional and did a great job - and left the area spotless when he was done. Took the time to set up the soundbar and walk us through all of the features

The agent wall mounted my soundbar directly under my tv. He connected it to all my devices, and programed my tv remote to turn on the soundbar.
