OMG

I called them; as he said his next appointment was close. He refused to come back because I didn’t pay for that!!!. This was unacceptable & I couldn’t get help to do what they should’ve.

Soundbar Mounting Complicated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It wasn't the Geek Squad's fault for not mounting the Sony Soundbar 9 for their 85" TV. Best Buy lost their Magnolia professional staff that would have known about mounting that soundbar. It doesn't mount the same way as do the other smaller Sony TVs do.
