    Agents plugged in sound bar, set on shelf did not provide operational instruction. Spent a whole 2 days trying to figure out...not satisfied.

    I bought two Samsung Sound Bars right away for my two new Samsung TVs. I wish i had known more about WATTS before buying, but my adult children say the house vibrates so as it is. But sound is not as good as my LG that i paid $25.00 more for.

    Not the best Geek squad fir my install. The wireless sub was not working. Had to call them back. There was very little customer service/interaction. Little to no help with telling a 67 yr old man how to use the product. Wham, bam, install, we're out of here

    They left my tv with finger prints on it and tv is now crooked. They tried to run cable through wall got it stuck and it’s still stuck in the wall

    To be fair... I think my questions distracted the agent from fully setting up the wall sizes and settings. Also, we should have tested it more before he left. Later that evening the sub was crackling...

    Undermanned, but quality of service was good. Sound bar was charged to install, no mounting required. Guy on phone with Citibank credit card sounded like an illegal alien with poor English.

    this was noted as a set up new subwoofer with my soundbar, all purchased at best buy. Geek squad could not get the subwoofer to work . they were to call me the next day. I finally called them and was told there was nothing they could do. i could take time off of work and try to bring the subwoofer to the retail store and maybe they could get it to connect At the store. Of course if it did connect at the store i would still have to take it back home and try to reconnect it to my sound bar still. I called Bose myself and resolved the issue. My subwoofer is now connected because i did it myself. I understand some things just do not work like they are supposed to, the part i do not understand is when they were unable to do the job they were paid for why i couldnt get my money back. they were paid in full for mounting the TV (199.99) and that was done right, paid in full as it should have been. I was also charged an additional (129.99) for connecting my soundbar and mounting it which none of that was done. They should have gone back to Best Buy, reported this and refunded the 129.99 i was charged since they did not do that work. what they did was done well but the price was off by 129.99

    This service was from a Geek Squad contractor. The soundbar isn't firmly installed. Multiple holes drilled into the wall because it wasn't done correctly at first.

    Soundbar stopped working , try to get a service call. I was put off twice , try to fix it myself. now only works some times.

    The techs had no idea what they were doing. This was the 2nd time techs from Geek Squad came and they still didn't have the stuff they needed to mount my soundbar. They also told me that the 1st Geek Squad team mounted the TV incorrectly. I requested a refund for the $450 in total that I paid. I was told I would receive it but it has not shown up on my credit card yet.

    Terrible experience that started well. In home visit to help me select 3 tvs and soundbar. # weeks later the installation could not be completed because BB didnt have the sound bar mount in stock somehow even though the website showed availability. Next visit 2 weeks later one person showed up with mount but couldnt do the job because TV was too big for one person. He took mount with him when he left and said I needed a 3rd appointment. Two guys showed up for third appointment but came without mount again but were able to sell me one (different and less expensive type) from their "truck" to complete my install. I have been unable to get a refund of the original mount from BB but am glad I dont have to wait for a 4th appointment all with 4 hour install window. Will let my Totaltech membership expire and good riddance. And there is no way to call a local store to discuss any of this.

    The agents were good. the only issue I have is that the cables as installed do not allow articulated arm to work. I did purchase additional cables so that is no excuse.

    Geek squad removed old Samsung and connected new Samsung to existing Sonos sound bar and spectrum cable box. Couldn’t get mute to work. Volume up and down works slowly
