    This i paid up front before i gotten my sound bar i was told buy best buy not to have install to put job as complete the two didnt put as complete but when i needed best buy to cone back out and im still waiting for my date the customer service on phone put it down as complete i wont pay again for service again

    Worst install to date. Can you give NO STARS? Two men behind masks who barely spoke English. Showed up without mounting brackets. Blamed me for not having them. My husband sent them to the store to get them and they went to the hardware store and not Best Buy. Then they hung the sound bar and and it was extremely crooked. We asked them to fix it and they kept saying it was straight. Then they spent the next several minutes documenting and taking photos of how the TV was hung to cover themselves. We asked them to straighten it and LEAVE.

    Agent unable to instal my rear surround speakers stating they were not compatible with my 700 Bose system when they were coming off my 500 system. I called Bose and found out that they are very much compatible and should have no issues getting them hooked up. Since I am not that tech savvy I paid Geek Squad to hook my system up which is still not done, WHY?????? Do I have to pay another charge to have them come out and do the job right. When they should have call Bose for the correct info on installation. Please address this problem.

    Install was good but tv and sound bar are out of sinc. Their is a slight delay between audible and visual. Picture great sound great but not seamless interaction. Hope you can fix.Thanks Bruce

    Tech could not get the sound bar to work. Took it back to get a refund. Will buy the same sound system I had originally that just stopped working.

    Beware: 3rd Party Installers

    Very pleased with the products I purchased from Best Buy. However, the particular 3rd party duo sent to our home to do the installation where totally unprofessional. They left behind tangled cables, debris on the floor and drywall dust on the hardwood floor. They were nothing like the wonderful PROS (also 3rd party) who did my last Best Buy installation. I will still use the service but will request not to have these particular installers.

    I paid to have the sound bar mounted. The tech that was sent here had no clue what he was doing said he didn’t have an order to hang the sound bar. He said he wouldn’t recommend doing it either since I had a stand under the TV that was hung. I said no problem sounds good to me. He would report it when he finished. I never heard back from Best Buy so I called and explained what happened. I’m still waiting for my credit from Best Buy. I do not recommend the Geek Squad or any service they provide. I understand these are contractors but really they should be better.

    The technician synched the wrong sub woofer. He synched up the woofer in another room. My woofer is still not synched up in room where speaker is installed.

    The tv, shelf and sound bar mounting was going great until one of the techs had to leave. Following it was disastrous and required sedgewick repair drywall damage. What a waste of my time.

    Geek squad was unable to resolve issue we had with our Sonos sound bar. they believed the problem was with Sonos , however it’s possible it’s the Samsung Sonos pairing that might be the problem and that was never brought to our attention by them.

    Third Party Installers Were Horrible

    The 3rd that was sent out did a horrible job mounting my tv. Extra holes were put into my wall for the bracket and the tv was still slanted. I have had to request for the geek squad to come out and correct their mistake as well as get a new wall Mount. I do not recommend that Best Buy ever uses a 3rd party.

    Soundbar was hooked up correctly. But the subwoofer was plugged into an outlet at a weird location and connected to a light switch. Subwoofer also wasn't synced with the soundbar. Garbage left all over the living room. At least it was "free?"

    Never got Geek Squad. Kept getting third party, even after they messed up the first time. Disappointing. They give you a time window. Showed up late the first time and never showed the second time without notifying me. Had to call customer service to find out they had a flat and not coming.

    The agent came to my home without a partner. Despite the fact that I told the sales associate that I was purchasing the mount and having it delivered so the agent could remove the previous purchased mount and install the new mount. The agent who delivered the mount said he would return with assistance but never did!!! Please help me with this issue!!!! Thank you!

    The Geek Squad came and set up my TV and sound bar. The sound bar and the TV are not coordinate. My remote does not control the sound bay as it should

    I wish I could have given this a better review. But I just can't. The tech was great and very informative when installing everything. The problem is, when the wall anchors were installed, he over did it on the right side and the sounbar fell off the wall leaving a big hole. I was so mad that I patched it myself and bought a shelf made for the weight of the saounbar and installed the shelf that the soundbar sits on now. If you want it dome right, do it yourself.
