    Person on the phone helped me pick the soundbar bracket. The bracket purchased would not hold the weight of the sonos soundbar. It kept falling and the techs kept pushing it upward to the point of moving the TV bracket to make the TV now out of balance. It is crooked and we were unable to mount the Sonos. I'm now in a worse position than before.

    Mounted it directly under my tv. I like it but they never told me were the box was that came in the box with soundbar.

    Very disappointed in three occasions let me waiting to install a 85 tv wall mount. Tv to close to the wall do not have space to connect cables and devices, the sound bar was not connected and or put to work,in addition that is to close to the tv and I can not take it out of the wall to try to put it to work. Olso I was advice from a member of bestbuy to buy a 85 wall tv that tilts but it did not work either. Please I want my money back.

    I am sorry to say but these people should mind with there own business and concentrate on there job and why they are at customers place. THEY SHOULDN'T COMMENT ON CUSTOMERS SUFFS OR THERE BELONGINGS . KEEP YOUR OVER SMARTNESS WITHIN YOURSELF AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. DO NOT SEND THESE UNPROFESSIONAL AT MY PLACE.     Firstly, this is very expensive. Therefore, I expected top notch service. But it wasn’t done professionally and in fact they have drilled holes incorrectly without evening measurements and had to drill again. This was just waste of time plus damaged wall.

    The professional mounting was truly needed and he did an excellent job at that I'm just not impressed with the sound quality of the sound bar or the fact that when he installed it he did not turn it in so we didn't hear it until he left already then when we called him to ask why the yo was louder than the sound bar he was very vague with an response, I feel as though he felt like o well you purchased it I put it up any problems with it is my problem

    the sound control of remote does not work. the guy installed it but did not finish and could not get the remote to work. he mentioned others reported a problem. however, i am sure it can be solved. can they return to get the sound remote control to work?

    Delivery and install was scheduled for 12-19-22. As of 01-06-23 neither delivery or install has occured. Over rthat time delivery/install was scheduled 5 times and never happened. Geek squad/TotalTech?have been no help and very unresponsive to the problem although BB sas more than happy to take my money on 12-14-22

    Sound bar was defective. They came and tried to rectify. I had to argue to get a new sound bar to replace the defective one

    Public WIFI giving us fits with using the systems we purchased. If Geek Squad is able to get things straightened out and working as they should I can comment further.

    they connected it upside down! we asked them if that was correct and asked them to confirm by reading the user manual but they insisted what they did was correct. we went to Best Buy store and saw display models that were put together differently and salesperson immediately confirmed that the set up at our home was incorrect. we had to wait several days for a new team to come and do it correctly. big inconvenience.

    The cancelled 4 times with no warning. Never installed or delivered. Had to pick up and install myself. They refused to give me a refund. Even though they never delivered or installed

    Didn’t happen. First off, we couldn’t get anyone to come into the house to install it or the tv (because of the quarantine order), but then when WE decided to do it ourselves, it turns out you sold us the wrong size mount, and we couldn’t use it. So, we decided to mount it to the wall just under the tv, and that’s working great. The bracket is sitting by the door waiting for the stores to reopen so we can return it.

    Horrible experience with Geek squad. My tv is not centered and the stress that I have been dealing with them has been horrible .. no one really helps me. I want to take care of this issue and put a period and move on. But horrible customer service and let me know tell you the experience I had with the person that can to install it .

    Installed with lots of problems. Sound bar doesn’t work. A box hanging in the back and most important the cable wire not hidden. I asked numerous times if this would be done and was told yes with out any question or doubt!!! Additional problem had set up another appointment check twice during the week to confirm and no one called or showed up!!! Very upset with Best Buy and the Geek Squad!0

    Never come, its been more than a month waiting for mount the tv, at the end i have to cancel more than 6k in product, but nobody cares in bestbuy in pembroke pines. Simple, they are employees with 0 love for the branch. Sad and still with no TV,
