    We did not end of using the service due to communication issues when we purchased the service. It seems that no one felt the need to advise us that we needed the services of an electrician before any mounting could be done. As a result, we spent much more money that budgeted for this project in having to hire an electrician.

    Still waiting for them to come out and finish installing. The original tech said he wasn't able to install surround sound just a soundbar. He said another tech would need to come out. It's been over two weeks and still can't get a call back to finish the install

    Even though I paid for Total Tech Support, a third party installer was sent out. Even though the two guys that were sent out were friendly and sat the three TVs up, they only had basic knowledge on how to connect the additional equipment. The sound bar works great but it was not set up properly where the cable remote will control the volume or turn the sound bar on and off.

    Didn't hook up the soundbar correctly (lag between video and audio), the wall mount that Bestbuy said worked for this tv and soundbar didn't fit, so I was given an inferior (not full motion) wall mount. Totally disappointed to the point that not even one star is warranted.

    Horrible. They said we are coming 8am - 12pm AND didnt come that day at all. I literally cancelled work and meetings and no one came. Then came 2 days later and it wasn’t the geek squad. It was a third party and they didn’t hook the tv up correctly.

    Sound not nearly as good as my Vizeo Sound bar. It sounds like You are in a hole. The sound on the TV is better.

    Sound bar was a Sony Refribished it was Great for about 12 weeks Stop working no help from Best Buy

    Geek Squad called the night before and install day to advise their arrival. Arrived as planned with all necessary tools. Install was great and very well done. As my previous install , this one was what I was exspecting and they delivered. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to use them anytime in future.

    Please hire the right people. They have no clue as to what they are supposed to do. Do not fall for this like we did. Never seen such a level of incompetence. Installation has not yet been done as they keep on coming and going withy being able to install. Why, they have no clue.

    Worst, lazy pair I ever saw. Told them at store I needed help to move old item to install new. Geeks would not raise a finger to help move old TV Stand, sent whole $2000 worth back to store. Still waiting for credit. Will never buy anything there again in this life time. Bad service of the highest order.

    ION Solutions came out once and said the equipment was bad. They were lazy and uneducated. They ordered another set then another ION team came out and said this system won’t work for us .. two months .. ugh!!!

    8 Hour Window Frame

    Bestbuy would only provide an 8 hour window time frame for technician arrival. Why don't they ask the customer to cancel there vacation plans as well?? Bestbuy needs to care more for their customers time. Requiring a customer to stay home all day waiting for prepaid service is obscene!

    Charged for for a service that when they showed up couldn’t so because it was outside their scope of work and capability. Took me six months to get refunded

    At the store I was told it would be 50 to have the sound bar mounted in addition to my tv being mounted. When they arrived I was told I also needed to purchase a $40 kit for the soundbar mount. So for $90 It wasn’t even mounted to the wall, it was clipped to the bottom of the tv. I wouldn’t purchase this service again.
