    The agents installed it over the fireplace and forgot to use a HEAT SINK for the fireplace will not get the surround bar hot

    Terrible service. My soundbar no longer works after having a new Sony television bought and installed by Best Buy. Installation a disaster. After trying 3 times and visiting store I have not been successful in anyone solving my issue.

    Highly pathetic response. Nobody did contact on the day of the service and nobody did turn up for the service also. Despite I made multiple calls to BestBuy, no help and couldn't reach out to Plymouth Meeting, PA branch store manager also.

    Sound bar did not hav L-brackets. Tech guy said he would order them.

    I have to get a TV guy to set up my TV. I paid over $600.00. Best buy sent me a message there would be there. I waited all day and nothing. I went to the store they could help me. The next day I called all the best but numbers I could find. I ended up picking it up myself

    Geek Squad sent out a 3rd party installer, to mount a soundbar. The installer did not use the included mounting template, so had to drill multiple holes to line up the brackets. Very unhappy with the service quality.

    The Top of the line Sony Sound bar will make popping noise and then no sound. You have to turn everything off and then turn everything back on. Very disappointing to pay 1400.00 for a sound bar that doesn’t work correctly. Geek squad Chad did a good job setting it up.

    The sound bar install was a joke. I wasn't prompted to purchase a mount (like I was with the TV) so all they did was plug it in. That was the installation. If you're purchasing the sound bar install, be sure to buy a mounting device.

    Service was never completed. They said the. Oils not complete the service due to its a tiled fireplace surface

    No they did not mount sound system or TV. They took everything out & said they could not install. Then they could not take back. Had to hire professional TV installer.

    Extremely disappointed with the installation of basically everything that they were supposed to do. Tried to contact a supervisor, left multiple messages, no response. Zero stars if I could.

    The Geeks installation agents left my house and did not complete the order. Also, they left without hooking up the TV back the way it was. i have not been able to use my TV since then.

    We can't get it to work and when we went to the store to ask questions, all the sales person would tell us is to have the Geek Squad come again for another $100. After all we spent the first time. It's changed how I feel about Best Buy.

    Sound bar clearly says mounting screws not include

    This did not get installed. I had to do it myself and the screws that were included to mount the bar to the bracket did not have the right threading. Had to go to a specialty shop to get screws with correct threading

    I have had many prior installations from Geek Squad over the last decade . This one was not very good. Rushed . I had to have further work done after they left .
