    Was not Installed properly. Most of the items I bought were not installed at all. The people that put it in left and knew they were not finishing the job and now I can’t get anybody to help me

    Mounted my tv and sound bar speakers and never paired or even accessed the speaker remote! I have called and texted and have, to this date, not been given an answer on when and if they will give me any help here.

    Because GS didn't note everything I told them they came unprepared. As nice as the fellow was he left us with inoperable equipment. We have had the equipment for about 3 months now and the TV still does not work!

    The mount for sound bar keeps slipping and sound bar was junk. I used it day hooked up and went bad next day still waiting for replacement

    They couldn’t fix my sound bar and rear speakers. I Hv to call external electrons and laid $300 for installation.

    We were sent a subcontractor to do the work. They didn’t have extra supplies that were needed and the work was not completed.

    Technician did not know how to set system up. Stated needed a geek squad guy. Called to talk to a supervisor, was hung up on three times. Poor service

    The sound bar doesn’t sync with tv they say that they can’t get the sound in sync with tv not sure who to call now l’am sorry that Best Buy’s was the wrong place to buy

    Geek squad installed the sound bar crooked! So we decided to correct it ourselves and when we did there were several holes in our brand new drywall so we were unable to properly install it due to the numerous holes! Very disappointed!!!

    Refer to my other review on the tv mounting. Geek Squad didn’t show and didn’t call. We canceled the order and did it ourselves. Best Buy lost two long term customers.

    Poor service it took two trips from geek squad to set up the soundbar and charge us for both times when it was their fault the first time

    Disappointed, the soundbar went out the day after I bought it. Still trying to resolve the issue after the second soundbar is not working.

    Terrible geek squad support. Rep was here 5 minutes, told me to buy a new hdmi cord and left. Two reps were scheduled to dismantle my tv. Problem still persists despite recommendations by rep
