    Failed Tv Mount with Soundbar

    After several attempts to get my tv and mount set up a third party finally had to be used! And they were great!

    We bought 80’ inches tb and a tv stand and the installers didn’t feel comfortable to install I’m my tv stand. Which was very security attached to the wall.

    They cannot hook up my TV to the wall like expected I called a contractor and they were able to no problems hook the TV and soundbar

    Terrible. Service person didn’t know the equipment and Geek Squad was going to take another week to send someone out. We canceled and found a local handyman.

    Contractor definitely was new to mounting TVs the work was not professional at all and all debris and mess was left behind

    Sony Sound bar and sub-woofer do not work properly they turn off Best Buy and tech are not returning phone calls very disappointed in service and product performance.

    Agent struggled with installation of in wall power kit. Failure of process to follow up with claim resulting. Best Buy made good in the end but not a great experience overall.

    I had two sound bars mounted. One sound bar had to be mounted with an inch gap between the TV and sound bar. Looked real tacky so took it off. Was a waste of money to have it mounted
