    Sound bar goes in and out with variable sound. Probably should have checked the router capability.

    They arrived on time and worked quickly. I was a bit disappointed that they mounted it directly under the TV instead of leaving a gap per Bose site.

    Did not get installed but says it did online. And I’m unable to get a refund because no one at Best Buy answers phone.

    As noted in my review of the sound bar that we purchased. This was not possible once the product arrived for install. A refund has since been issued.
