Keith Parker was very thoughtful and complete in designing the system and answering any questions I had...clarifying etc. And he kept us on a good timetable...and built confidence for my wife and I. The installers were on time, called ahead, explained the system as they installed it...and reviewed it later..they both were very helpful , Matt stands out as being a good communicator(his companion was also very good explaining and demonstrating how to handle the system

Terrible sales team cost me 8 Geek Squad visits to install a TV and Soundbar. Salesman sold us a bad soundbar and after repeated visits found from another person on the sales team that the original soundbar they sold us was unreliable and terrible quality despite us stressing originally that we wanted great sound quality. Management has ignored us about all of the issues. This soundbar was what they should have sold us the first time.

The soundbar was chosen as an aid to my enjoying movies and series since I have impaired hearing. It does the trick.

They both were great to work with. I most certainly will call them again.

Very clean looking and makes for a nice install. The adjustment on the mount for the speaker height is also nice.

This sound bar has much clearer voices than I had with cheaper one. Helps a person with hearing aides enjoy TV!!
