We received instructions and was able to operate the system prior to departure of the agent. We are enjoying our new TV and Sound Bar on a daily basis. CEDAR HILL Geek Squad worked magic on my Samsung!

Electronic set up

They came in to set up my elderly moms stereo equipment, which still included a VCR and DVD player. Despite the antique equipment, they’ve got it all set up efficiently and working marvelously. We were all delighted.

Best Buy doesn’t know what’s going on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible service, no one knows what’s going on between the delivery the install the manufacturer and the shop Best Buy handles this horribly three wasted days on vacations just to try and receive a delivery that they could never get to me and they never even had the product in stock, but no one knows that because they’re horrible

Not only mounted my T.V. but game me some input on what to add to enhance the experience of watching television along w/ movies. Amy did a wonderful job.
