This particular Geek Squad installation was the absolute best experience I've had. The installers were well versed, highly trained and competent. They were prompt and did a great clean up. They made sure I knew how to adjust settings and when they left, I was fully satisfied. HIGHLY recommended!

Just getting the soundbar adjusted to the way we like it. Quality is very good.

There was an issue regarding the correctness of this item for the sound bar and the TV. The installers had to make an atypical adjustment (bailing wire essentially) to make it work. Seems to be ok so far.

They were on time. The two men were very kind and polite. They worked together as a team and did a great job. My sound is great!

Staff at this Best Buy locations is awesome. They pay attention and listen to your needs carefully. At this store most of the staff members have knowledge in depth about technology BestBuy is selling. I had to purchase 8K TV and I was referred to home theatre team. Demetrius from that team is highly knowledgable and suggested what I need and help complete entire package. He also put us in good hands of very good Geek Squad of Torrey and Eric who did awesome job installing and mounting TV. I highly recommend this center and these folks.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing this item. it is hidden, but does its job.

Let me start my saying that the installers had to install an 86 inch tv and soundbar. They carefully got the products into my home without scratching the walls. They spent hours making sure the placement of tv was correct with all wires concealed. Everything was neatly done and I am really impressed.

Geek Squad did a great job getting everything setup for me. They kept the cords hidden well and mounted the cable box behind the tv out of the way. Very professional and I would hire them again for a project anytime.

My installer was excellent. Really appreciate his attention to detail and he was over and above to get your set up. He explained features on our new tv and sound bar. I would highly recommend him. It’s been a little while but believe his name was Alex.

I purchased the Sonos sound bar and had it installed by the Geek Squad. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the tech agent who help with the install and insured I knew how to operate the new system.

I had geek squad install my 77inch LG Tv and connect it to Vizio sound bar. They came on time , were efficient and did a very satisfactory installation of TV and sound bar. the TV is really big and heavy and it was installed very quickly.
