The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job. They were professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Jesse arrived timely was very courteous and and professional mounted and installed my sound bar as well as explained fully ins and outs of the equipment and patiently repeated if any questions

The agent that came in was awesome. He was in and out and explained the functions and how to use it. He was super nice and friendly and even offered to throw out the trash afterwards.

The rep called a day or so before the appointment, confirmed the time of arrival, and actually showed up on time. Can't beat that. The rep did a great job with the installation.

The sound bar, like the tv, is mounted into a black built in entertainment center. It blends in so you don’t even notice it’s there. The woofer is under an end table and you hardly notice it there except for the superior sound the sound bar and woofer generate.

The original mount purchaed in addition to the TV was insufficient to support the soundbar. My Geek Squad technician knew just what to do to remedy the situation. He was able to perfctly mount the soundbar with the manufacturer's mounting brackets, and advised me to return the original mounting bracket.

The Best Buy service geeks used the bracket we purchased & mounted the previously purchased Sonos soundbar quickly & expertly. We are very happy with the job they performed.

Great sound system. Real surround sound effects, chairs rumbling. This is the second one in the house, I have been enjoying the first one for 5 years now.

The product purchased was professionally installed by the Geek Squad and the installers were very professional explaining everything they did to install all the product as well as syncing everything up to work appropriately!

Robert was our installer and he was awesome. Very personable, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was surprised he was by himself to wall mount our 55" TV but you could tell he was experienced and had done it before.

This soundbar is sleek and sounds great. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy it again. We initially planned to mount it on the wall, but ended up setting it under the TV on the TV unit; and I'm happy with our decision.

The agents mounted our soundbar and did an excellent job, answering questions thoroughly and also showing us how to use the sound more effectively in situations where it is hard to hear using even the soundbar.

installed the sound bar in just a few minutes. Reviewed the operation and neatly dressed the wiring and cleaned up all the remnants from the packing before leaving.

The agents mounted the sound bar holder to the bottom of the tv and attached our sound bar. Getting better sound--for me, it is the best way to get the most out of the sound bar

Geek Squad resolved our problem quickly and sent 2 guys out to remount the new sound bar perfectly and we love it, we will return soon
