Chenell was terrific. She did a great job hooking up the sound bar and the subwoofer. She made sure I had the bose app on my ipad and iphone and placed the subwoofer in a location that provides the best sound.

What a difference watching TV with this soundbar. You feel like you are at the movie theater! Genti and the crew explained the features of the sound bar and should us how to adjust the sound levels for maximum enjoyment.

Soundbar set up was done very well. I eventually ordered stands for the speakers which is something Best Buy might consider offering in the future if they don't already.

This is a GREAT soundbar. So much wonderful sound from a slim design. While a subwoofer might be nice it"s not really necessary. Installation went very well, it integrates so well with the 86" LG

Our tech mounted the sounder on the wall under a tv he had previously mounted. He did a great job. the mounting looks great. He spotted the perfect place for the subwoofer - out of sight - but booming and we love it. Truly nice guy who did the work and we loved it.
