The Geek Squad were absolutely on top of it! they installed 5 tvs, 3 Sonos Arcs & 3 Beam soundbars, and Orbi wifi in less time than my last Home Theater Guy did 1 tv

Bought this soundbar for my 85” tv in a very large room. It sounds incredible.

The Geek Squad mounted the soundbar and set up the system for 2 Sonos Beams. Thy were on time, neat and clean, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They made sure that we understood how the system operates and how to make adjustments to the sound system if needed prior to their departure. They cleaned up all debris related to the installation and removed the boxes.

They did a great job. They let me know when they were on the way. I was very much impressed.

Techs did a good job installing the mounting bracket and soundbar to the tv mount. They did a good job describing to us and hearing the difference in sound/clarity between the tv speakers and soundbar.

We were having serious connection challenges via our X/C provider. X/C came and changed the modem. Connectivity improved, but only slightly. It lasted less than 10-15 minutes each time. I went to BB Store and a very nice young lady set an appointment for an onsite home visit by a GS tech. The GS tech fixed it. He came back after we started to experience the ‘short connections’ problem, again. The second time he ‘hard wired’ the modem. Problem solved? Not really. I spoke w the GS tech and he advised me to call X/C. It turned out that X/C was still the underlying problem. A remote connection with them fixed everything. The GS tech gets 10 stars +. He found the problem and stayed with it until all issues were resolved. He was professional and very competent.

They were awesome. Could not have asked for better service. Would do it again without hesitation.

Very pleased. John was very knowledgeable and professional as always. He took the time to show me how to work my sound bar. He assistant was also knowledge and helpful. Again I am very pleased with the GREAT customer service.

This addition bracket to the wall mount was fast easy and seamless. Great item that I would highly recommend. This was recommended to us from the technician himself.

Outstanding. The men came in to care the problem with the sound bar that we're replacing it it was damaged not working correctly but they took care of it replaced it sounds like a charm good choice

Zack, Steve and Tyler (Geek Squad Members were very professional, neat and very cordial. They explained what they were doing every step the way were very patient with nonteckies such as my wife and I. You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and dedicated group of individuals who were focused on translating what we were looking for and were able to easily comply with our needs. Would recommend the three of them highly, congratulations Best Buy for having such standards!

The mounted and connected my sound bar. He made sure it was working and sounding right to us. Very helpful and helpful cleanup.

Geek squad is on point. They have my living room sounding like an IMAX theater. I love my entire system. From games to movies. Even the news sounds like your right on the scene. Thanks Geek Guys for another job well done!

Technician was fabulous! He mounted the television dead center of the wall after measuring. He was extremely careful, polite and helpful.
