The techs were quick and efficient. They mounted my tv and set up all my devices.

The agent chargedcme to get this and it looks better but the agents were disheveled and not very talkative and didnt show me how to use the new equipment

The agents mounted my 65" TV and Soundbar as required. Initially, the soundbar remote speakers were not orking properly. The agents performed some troubleshooting until the speakers were working propely. I am completely satisfied with the installation.

The Geek Squad agent checked the existing sound bar for connections with the mounted new TV. Sound quality is now much better with the new Sony X900F with all components working perfectly for picture and sound quality.

I've never hired a team to do any type of installation before and I'm blown away by how professional and efficient the Geek Squad was. My installer (Ryan) had an assistant and they both showed up during my assigned window to install and mount my sound bar. We spent a lot of time figuring out exactly where I wanted the sound bar on the wall and they did provide me with the luxury of multiple attempts. Very grateful for that. Everything was installed, mounted, and tested in about 2 hours time. Works like wonders. Couldn't have asked for more!

I am deaf and needed a stronger sound bar. The two agents arrived EXACTLY at the time given. They were efficient, programed the bar with wireless network and TV. All done within 40 minutes.
