This geek squad member completed tge task that the previous member failed to do. He even made a suggestion that solved a pribkem that I didn't know was reportable.

Sound bar makes action movies clear. Husband hard of hearing and it works so well for him, and I don't have to have it blasting!

My hearing is such that dialogue on tv shows were often hard to understand, even with the sound turned way up. This sound bar delivers quality sound and I am able to understand every word WITH OUT blasting us away.

Easy install for the Geek Squad. Very good full room sound for a bar. Even at high volume the sound is impressive. Only dislike is it turns off when the TV is turned off and TV can't turn it on so one remote doesn't work.

TV and soundbar mounting was greatly done. Installers were excellent and explained the use of our new tv.

The agents mounted my 65" TV and Soundbar as required. Initially, the soundbar remote speakers were not orking properly. The agents performed some troubleshooting until the speakers were working propely. I am completely satisfied with the installation.

Good service tech. I thought I needed my sound bar hung but the tech advised that under the TV was better. Good advice and setup the sound.

THE TRUE GEEK SQUAD AGENT WS FANTASTIC. HOWEVER , THE 3RD PARTY GUY WAS NOT. SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT AND WOUND RECOMMEND AT THIS PRICE POINT.

They did a great installing the sound bar. Sound is great and install and wiring doesn't bother me at all. Because I live in an older bldg. wiring isn't up to modern standards, but they did a great job. Thanks!
