The install went great, but I didn’t run tests of different kinds of content and different volume levels. This led to lots of problems after they left. The guys are obviously in a relative time squeeze, and when they think they’re done they want to roll. In retrospect, I should have asked them to hang around and test different kinds of content at different volume levels. Don’t let them push you into signing off until you have all your questions answered and thoroughly tested the install for functionality in a variety of scenarios. If you have a problem after they leave, you’ll wish you had.

The process in mounting our soundbar was excellent. Care was taken to contain any dust that arose from the process. The position was perfect and resulting sound wonderful.

I love our soundbar after it was properly installed. It provide deep sounds and the subwoofer really adds to the bass and depth of the sound. 2thumbs up for this soundbar.

The two gentleman that delivered and set up my tv were the best. They were polite, wore covers over their shoes, did a beautiful job hanging the tv. These guys did this job on a day we had freezing rain and walking was treacherous. The carried in the tv without issue.

when Carlito and Rafeal returned to finish install, they were professional and it looks great. I would recommend these guys for any future work needed. - (previous 3rd party installer failed to complete and did shoddy work) Carlito and Rafeal fixed all that.

The agents installed my TV and then a few weeks later when the sound bar finally came in, they installed that too. They did an excellent job on the install, although they ended up using my old TV mount so push back when the sales associate forces you to buy a new TV mount. The agents connected all devices and made sure it was al working fine. The only issue I have is that the sound bar isn't synced very well with my Dish so I'm waiting on Geek Squad to come back and try to fix. Other than that, they did an excellent job.
