The Geek Squad installers were fantastic. They communicated arrival in advance, were very professional, worked hard and quickly, answered all our questions patiently, were very precise in mounting (on a brick wall), were careful to minimize mess and disruption, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Top rating!!

The agent that came out was extremely helpful on how to hook up and use my new sound bar. He also set up my fire stick control to be able to adjust the volume also. He explained how everything works and what not to do also. I hope you get the same person that I did. I wish I could remember his name. Very patient and knowledgeable!

Jared did an excellent job of installing both TVs, wall mounts, and sound bar, and all other components. He took the time to explain how the soundbar worked and all the other features of the TVs worked. If I need other installs done I will be requesting Jared.

They were on time and did a very good job mounting and starting the sound bar. However they failed to show me how it all works and now a follow up was needed to get the separate bass speaker working properly.

we had our own sound bar. The installation was also done on the sound bar for the tv. Once again everything looked beautiful. We had the wires all hidden so you could not see them. Shawn and Joshua did an outstanding job. They cleaned the mess up from hiding them. Would recommend them highly
