It was an easy install. Very well done by the installers.

The technicians mounted the soundbar to the tv mount making sure that the minimum number of holes would be drilled into the wall. They made sure that I was pleased with the placement prior to drilling which was definitely a positive. They arrived on time and actually called ahead and gave me about a 20 to 30 minutes heads up on their time of arrival. It was worth the extra expense to have the mounting done correctly the first time.

Phil and Evan removed old TV and moved it into my office to replace another TV. They were able to use old mounting system and received a refund same day for unneeded equipment, as promised. They reprogrammed my Harmony remote to the new TV and explained how everything worked in an understandable manner. I could never have done what they did in a courteous manner and what, I believe to be a reasonable cost.

Sound bar has excellent quality for the price. Geek squad installed and programmed it to the TV. Very satisfied.

Both agents were terrific and worked well as a team. They even stayed after TV was wall mounted to ensure my Direct TV streaming service was working and that my connected Apple TV worked as well. Very nice guys who you would be comfortable having in your home.
