Geek Squad did a fine job. Mounting is excellent and remote programming spot on.

The team that installed both of my TVs and sound bar were amazing. They hid all of the cords and it looks and sounds amazing. They ensured that I knew how to access the cable and internet/apps. They also reviewed the tech plan. Thank you!!

Phil and Evan removed old TV and moved it into my office to replace another TV. They were able to use old mounting system and received a refund same day for unneeded equipment, as promised. They reprogrammed my Harmony remote to the new TV and explained how everything worked in an understandable manner. I could never have done what they did in a courteous manner and what, I believe to be a reasonable cost.

The agents had to replace the type of sound bar because my primary goal was to hide all wires - the higher grade bar although probably better in quality would not address the wire issue. But the text went back to store and got a different and installed that same day.

The technicians mounted the soundbar to the tv mount making sure that the minimum number of holes would be drilled into the wall. They made sure that I was pleased with the placement prior to drilling which was definitely a positive. They arrived on time and actually called ahead and gave me about a 20 to 30 minutes heads up on their time of arrival. It was worth the extra expense to have the mounting done correctly the first time.

Shawn was super nice and very fast, the sound bar will not turn on with Direct tv remonte have to turn off the tv with the other remote making us use lots of remote, so i just do not turn on the sound bar.

I thought the price was going to be $99 to set up the sound bar. Instead it was almost $200. After the technicians left there was screws and washes on the floor. And instead of using the rocket fish HDMI cord he said the cord that came with it would be just as good and it wasn’t so I hooked up a rocket fish. I did expect more for $200 set up.

Geek Squad really gets the job done, looks great, wires convieniently fit behind soundbar to help keep things looking neat.

I bought the Bose sound touch 300 and had it mounted to my wall under my TV and it looks and sounds amazing! Great service.
